For years, I dreamed of owning my own successful business, but I kept talking myself out of it. I believed that because I didn't have a college degree, I wasn't qualified enough. When podcasting became popular, I wanted to jump in, but fear and self-doubt convinced me to stay on the sidelines.
That's when I made myself a promise. If another opportunity came along that could truly change lives, I wasn't going to let fear stop me again. That opportunity was Artificial Intelligence.
As I began learning AI, I discovered something that completely changed my perspective. You don't have to be a technology expert to use AI successfully. You don't need a computer science degree. You don't have to know everything. You simply need someone who can explain it in a way that makes sense.
That's why I created KLJ Innovation. My mission is to help business owners move from feeling unsure to feeling confident by making AI simple, practical, and understandable.
For more than 30 years, I've built my career serving others, leading teams, solving problems, and helping people navigate challenges with patience and respect. Throughout my life, one thing has always been true: whenever I learn something that can improve someone's life, I teach it.
