About Kisha
I have spent 34 years at the Allen County Sheriff's Department, and I am still there. I worked my way up to Bureau of Identification Supervisor, where the work has to be right the first time, every time. I learned how to run systems, manage people, document processes, and lead through change in an environment where there is no room for guessing. While I was doing that, I was also raising a family, leaning on my faith, and building KLJ Innovation in the hours most people are off the clock. I founded this company because I kept meeting women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond who run real businesses and feel completely behind on AI. They are smart. They are capable. That is who I built KLJ Innovation for. I am not here to impress you with technical language or push you toward the newest shiny tool.
